The moment you hurry, he will bring expensive stock making you spend double the estimation. You cannot take back as he claims to have ordered for all the parts. Another home repair fraud in the lien trick where the contractors add a clause stating: the contractor has the right to place a lien on your property, if you do not pay them. This is an absolute way of tricking. If you happen to see ripples in the drywall and you deny payment, he has a strong upper hand. Technically, you are trapped by him. However, honest contractors will do such a thing as a last resort only.
